We created feelgood for community—a space designed to help you feel good, naturally. At feelgood, we believe in the transformative power of contrast therapy in nature to reset, reconnect, and restore.
From February to June 2025, we’ll be popping up in Parksville, Vancouver Island, so come immerse yourself in our river cold plunge, wood-fired sauna, and campfire relaxation circle. Here, community and transformation come together.
Step into the warmth of our custom Finnish-style sauna, handcrafted from 100% locally sourced materials on Vancouver Island.
Spend 10–15 minutes inside, letting your body sweat, detoxify, and recharge. It’s a space to unwind, reconnect—with yourself or others.
Immerse yourself in the Englishman River (Kw’a’luxw) for a truly natural and grounding cold plunge. Prefer a different approach? A Cold shower is also available.
We recommend 1–3 minutes in the cold—an practice that challenges both body and mind, leaving you refreshed and revitalized.
The often-overlooked phase that truly makes you feelgood. After the thermal shock, adrenaline fades, and endorphins—your body's "happiness hormones"—take over, bringing a deep sense of relaxation and calm.
We recommend resting by the fire for 10–15 minutes to fully embrace this soothing phase.
